OnArk ships with three assessments most churches already want: a proprietary Spiritual Gifts test built by the team that built OnArk, DISC, and Enneagram. OnArk maintains the questions, the scoring, and the result descriptions. You pick which of your ministries each result suggests, and on the Spiritual Gifts test you choose which of the 24 gifts to include.
When a guest finishes, OnArk scores the test and shows them their result, which they can email to themselves. An automation can write the result type and completion date to a Planning Center custom field and route them into a ministry workflow: leadership track for an "S" DISC result, hospitality for "I", and so on.
The three assessments are the full set. There is no builder for authoring a new scored test, so if you need a questionnaire outside Spiritual Gifts, DISC, or Enneagram, use a Form and map its answers to Planning Center fields instead.
