Ministry Teams
Ministries in OnArk represent all of your church ministries and ministry teams for the purpose of recommending them to Guests based on their test results. (see guide here)
Ministry Page
To manage ministries, log in to the admin portal and click Ministries in the left sidebar (the group-of-people icon). From there you can add a new ministry or click any existing ministry to edit it.
From the Ministries Page, you can edit the following items for each Ministry:
Name
Description
Test Result Associations
Other Places To Edit Ministries
In addition to this page, there are 2 places that Ministries can be edited from:
Inside the Test Sections themselves, once a test is selected. Here you can only add Ministries, but you can also see all the possible test results for the test you selected, as well as associate these results to Ministries.
Inside the Ministries Input. Here you can only add Ministries, and choose which ones get will be useable inside the input.
Notes
Ministries are synced together throughout the entire app. So any edits or changes made in one area will apply to that Ministry everywhere.
