Every week we publish what shipped: what is new, what got better, and what we fixed. Written for the people running the classes, not for engineers.
When you generate a report, a Test section now has a Result condition. Pick a gift like Intercession or Faith and the report lists every guest who has that gift among their top results, ready to download for team recruiting. Add the condition again to pick more gifts: the report lists guests with any of them. It works for DISC and Enneagram results too, using the type each guest chose.
Form sections now show an Add question button below your last field, so adding another question is always one obvious click, even after a long Paragraph field. The small + buttons between fields still work for adding a question in the middle.
The guest detail page in Admin has a refreshed layout, with the guest's name and stats pinned at the top as you scroll through their check-in history. Completed spiritual-gifts and personality assessments now show a "Suggested Ministries" list matched from the guest's results. Finish times on completed class sections, which had been showing up blank, now display correctly.
There is a new short training for churches thinking about their first online class. It covers why an online class is worth doing, what to put in one, how to build it in OnArk, how to connect it to Planning Center so guests land where your team already works, and where to start.
The longer training on building and running a class is still there, in your Resources page, and has not changed.
You take it the way your own guests take a class: enter your email, no password and no account, and it saves your place if you need to stop. It is free and you do not need an OnArk account to watch it.
Text sections now have an image button in the toolbar. Upload a photo, a graphic, or a screenshot of a slide, and it appears in the section right where you put it.
This is for churches whose training already exists somewhere else. If your material lives in a slide deck, you no longer have to turn it into a video before you can use it: screenshot the slides and drop them straight in.
Welcome Aboard, the done-for-you welcome class, now comes with every OnArk plan at no extra cost. Open Resources in your admin and copy it into your classes in one click; the printable kit and Canva templates are there too.
If you bought Welcome Aboard before, your purchase counts toward your first year.
