What does the free trial include?
You start a free 21-day trial with a card on file — $0 today. Build and publish your classes, welcome real guests, and collect real check-ins, all free. On day 21 the plan you picked begins unless you cancel — and we tell you the exact date up front. No surprise charges.
What counts as a 'check-in'?
A check-in is when a guest enters their email and starts a class. Multiple visits to the same class by the same person within 30 days count as one check-in. Returning later for a new class is a new check-in.
What if we go over our check-ins?
Nothing shuts off — your classes keep running. Additional check-ins are billed at your plan’s per-check-in rate at the end of the billing period, and you can upgrade any time (prorated, larger plans include more check-ins at lower rates). Most churches fit the first plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Downgrade any time and the new plan starts at the end of your current billing period. You keep everything you paid for until then.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Plans are annual — you pick the tier that fits your size at signup. (Churches already on a monthly plan keep it.)
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee, no long contract. Cancel before day 21 and you’re never charged. Cancel later and you keep it through the term — either way, we don’t delete your data when you leave.
