Refund Policy

Try it free first

Every plan starts with a 21-day free trial. We save your card but charge nothing, and email you a reminder before the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Refunds within 3 days

If you ask within 3 days of any charge (your first annual payment, a renewal, or an end-of-period check-in overage bill), we refund that charge in full. No explanation needed. The refund goes back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After 3 days, charges are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Charges made before September 18, 2026 keep the 30-day refund window we offered at the time.

How to ask

Reach us through our contact page with your church name and the email on the account. Your request counts from the moment you send it, even if we reply later.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your billing page in the OnArk admin. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and we keep your work so you can come back. A cancelled plan is not refunded for the unused part of the year unless you ask within the 3-day window.
