What is the Profile page?
The Profile page lets you update your personal admin account information — your name, email address, and password. These are the credentials and details associated with your individual user account (not your church).
Navigate to Admin → Profile to access this page.
Updating your profile
Name, email, and password all live on one page, grouped into their own fields. Edit any combination of them, then click Save profile (the sticky button at the top of the page) to save whichever fields you changed — there's no separate save action per section.
- Edit your First Name and/or Last Name as it should appear in the admin panel.
- Edit your Email address (used to log in) if you want to change it.
To change your password, enter your Current Password and a New Password (at least 8 characters). Leave both blank to keep your current password.
- Click Save profile.
Common questions
Does changing my email affect my team access?
No. Changing your email updates your login credentials but doesn't change your role or access level in any church account.
I forgot my password and can't log in — what do I do?
Go to the login page and click Forgot your password?. Enter your email address and a password reset link will be sent to you.
Does my new password take effect immediately?
Yes. After saving a new password, it's active for your next login.
Can I change my name to anything?
Your name is only visible to admins within the church account (e.g., on the Team page). It doesn't appear on any guest-facing pages.
Do I need to verify my new email address?
There's currently no email verification step when changing your email. The new address takes effect immediately after saving.
Click the help bubble in the corner to open a ticket. Real humans on the other end — usually a same-day reply.
